This agreement is between the Office of the Alternate Defense Counsel (“ADC”) and User.  Use of www.coloradoadc.org (“Site”) constitutes your agreement to all terms and notices contained herein.  If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable by law, the remainder of the agreement remains in effect.

Use

User is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account and for all activities that occur under the user’s account or password.  Accounts may not be assigned or transferred.  User agrees to hold ADC harmless for any liability that results from theft or misappropriation of user’s account. 

Training Materials

Trainings offered for purchase on this website are intended to be used by defense professionals only.  These videos and materials are not intended for public use, prosecutors or law enforcement, or any other use not specifically authorized by the ADC.  Trainings are purchased for personal use only and may not be shared or reproduced without express prior approval by the ADC. 

ADC makes no promise or warranty guaranteeing the availability of training materials.  Materials purchased on the site may be removed at any time, at the sole discretion of ADC.  No refund will be given for courses removed from the site or if user’s access has been terminated.

Termination of Access

ADC reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse or cancel service, terminate user’s access to the site and the related services or any portion thereof, or remove or edit content, without notice. 

Enforceability

If any part of this agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable by law, the remainder of the agreement remains in effect.
