Bio:Twenty-one years of experience. Eight years with the PD in the 4th and 11th Colorado Judicial District. Ive played an essential role in exonerating clients in pre and post-conviction matters, especially in SA cases. Double BA in Psychology and Sociology with an emphasis in legal studies. I worked with an expert in wrongful ID, Edie Greene, focusing on psycho-legal issues in the system. I have organized state conferences/trainings. I do paralegal/organizational work in large cases, especially obtaining records or locating very old witnesses. I have worked on several JLWOP cases, specific to mitigation, victim restorative outreach, and creating demonstrative evidence like professional videos. Murder, SA, mitigation, 35C, and victim outreach/restoration are my main focus areas. I worked in counties all over the state, and I am flexible to work in counties in need of crucial cases. Ive worked many prison cases becoming familiar with the prison culture. My strength is working with and interviewing clients, victims, and co-defendants in challenging cases. Ive received 1000+ hours on holistic energy medicine primarily to work with people who have endured trauma and I spend time coaching and/or energy facilitation with individuals assisting them in expanding their own life/work to reduce suffering and stress. This experience helps me connect in unique ways with complicated situations or individuals in our cases, including attorneys who may need more support.
