I have 30 years of experience as a criminal appellate attorney. The breadth of experience includes appellate defender (MN), appellate AG (CO), Denver DA, Colorado Court of Appeals Staff Attorney, and private freelance contractor (CO). My private clients are mostly civil and family attorneys. I have worked with ADC as a researcher and am a newly minted managing attorney, full circle to my MN PD days. If anyone has to respond to a DA appeal from dismissed charges or other interlocutory appeals, I am happy to help attorneys with these or write these for attorneys, schedule permitting. I am taking direct appeals as a managing attorney, but also happy to help with assorted motions and briefs if youre buried.
