Danielle McCarthy

I have been practicing as a criminal defense attorney for over 21 years and began my career interning at the public defenders office. I have been in private practice for most of my career. I represent adult clients in municipal, county, and district courts. I represent juveniles on delinquency matters involving both misdemeanors and felonies, in addition to crimes of violence. Many crimes of violence juvenile matters result in the prosecution attempting to transfer the cases to adult court.
