Blain Myhre

My practice emphasizes criminal and civil appeals in the Colorado appellate courts, as well as select post-conviction and civil litigation matters in the Colorado state and federal courts. I have testified as an expert on ineffective assistance of appellate counsel in Crim. P. 35(c) proceedings. I am also a member of the Tenth Circuit CJA panel. I graduated Order of the Coif from CU Law in 1993. I clerked for Judge Holloway of the Tenth Circuit 1994-96. I chaired the Appellate Practice Group at Isaacson Rosenbaum, where I practiced from 1996-2011. I’ve been a solo practitioner since 2011.
