Thank you for the opportunity to introduce myself and my experience as a professional (defense) investigator. My name is Jim Palestino and my company, Gladiator Investigative Services, LLC specializes in offering first rate, thorough, and timely assistance to defense attorneys and their clients. My goal as a defense investigator is to assist you in providing the best defense possible for those facing significant legal challenges. Previously, I served as the Assistant Special Agent in Charge of the DEA Denver Field Division as the second in command with responsibility for personnel in three states. My former career in federal law enforcement has provided me with superior training, as well as diverse and complex investigative work experience ordinarily not associated with investigators working the private sector. Since 2015, I have been a member of the ADC team as an investigator and my work product is a reflection of strong communications skills, sound judgement, the ability to foster advantageous relationships, and working well under time sensitive conditions. Equally important, is my written Report of Investigation is accurate, thorough and timely so that you as the attorney, can have the information you need to best represent your client.
