Alexandra Horton

Alexandra graduated with a Master’s in Social Work in 2018 from Samford University in Birmingham, Alabama, before moving to Colorado in 2019. Alexandra has spent the past several years working as a school social worker at a public alternative school, working specifically with students with trauma backgrounds and other disabilities. In addition to schools, Alexandra has experience working with orphaned youth, refugees of all ages, youth through a youth mentoring program, and with interdisciplinary teams at CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocates). Alexandra is skilled in building trust and rapport with clients, and operates out of a trauma-informed and client-centered approach. While passionate about working with adolescents and young adults, Alexandra is open to working with both juveniles and adults. Alexandra is located in Westminster, CO.
