I am a current 2L at the University of Wyoming College of Law. I have significant experience reviewing discovery, drafting Motions to Suppress (and other pretrial motions), trial prep, and oral advocacy. I recently (1/11/2024) represented a client charged with DUI and Underage Consumption of Alcohol under Wyoming’s Student Practice Act. The case went to jury trial, and the jury returned a verdict of NOT GUILTY on those two counts. Although my academic workload is somewhat heavy this semester, I can assist with cases remotely.
