Bio:I live in La Junta, Colorado, and have lived in Colorado since the fall of 2006 since my graduation from the University of Wyoming (JD 2006). During my 3L year, I was a student associate in the college’s Defender Aid program, doing post-conviction work. This included assisting clients with motions for sentence reduction, arguing a habeas corpus petition in state district court, and assisting attorneys Sean O’Brien and Terry Harris with witness and juror interviews in a death penalty appeal. Since law school, I have worked mainly as a public school teacher and have a Bachelor’s degree in Molecular and Cellular Biology (Arizona 1994). I am not a licensed attorney.
