ChristiRae Villalobos

I am a case assistant based in Brighton, CO, and am willing to travel throughout the Denver Metro Area and surrounding counties. I have experience in both the medical field and correctional facilities. In the medical field, I worked as a Medical Assistant and Support Specialist, handling both paper and electronic charts, filing, tracking, and obtaining patient records. I also transcribed handwritten notes from medical providers and entered them into electronic systems, managed appointment scheduling, and was responsible for obtaining and sending medical records to providers, attorneys, and patients.

Working in correctional facilities taught me to adapt quickly, as rules and regulations often change. Across both environments, I’ve learned that everyone is unique and that kindness, fairness, and respect go a long way. I communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, with strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and prevent miscommunication. I am proficient with computers and quick to learn new systems. My experience in medical and correctional settings has also reinforced the importance of handling sensitive information with discretion and professionalism.
