Dolores Duran

I am a licensed clinical social worker and addiction counselor with experience across mental health, substance use, and criminal-legal systems. My work has included direct clinical services, case management, mitigation, and program management, with a primary focus on supporting individuals impacted by incarceration, trauma, and systemic barriers. I bring a collaborative approach to each case and work well on interdisciplinary teams. I am comfortable navigating complex systems and focused on showing up in a way that is thoughtful, empathetic ,and practical. My goal is to bring context and humanity into spaces where those things are often overlooked.
