I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) and graduate of Loyola University Chicago with both Bachelor and Masters degrees in Social Work. I have been contracting with ADC since 2019 and have worked on a wide range of cases, all the way along the spectrum (juvenile, adult, misdemeanor, felony, competency, NGRI, transfer, and appellate cases). I am also contracted with ADC to provide social work supervision for contractors working on their social work license and student interns. I am based in Colorado Springs. Prior to ADC, I worked adjacent to the juvenile justice system in more clinical roles including trauma-focused treatment, MST Therapy, SOMB treatment for juveniles with a sexual offense, and direct care at a DYS community release placement. I enjoy working with both juvenile and adult defendants with complex needs to support their legal representation by improving communication with their attorney, developing compelling social history information for mitigation, and identifying appropriate community resources to utilize for pre-sentence release and sentencing advocacy.
