Kathleen Lord

I have a JD and have been specializing in criminal defense since 1988. For several years, I worked in the Appellate Division of the Colo. PD and headed that division for some years. This position included working as an appellate lawyer and training other lawyers. I have also done capital work, trial work, and postconviction work. Currently, I work at the Korey Wise Innocence Project, where I am doing several complex 35c motions and one Peoples appeal. In my private firm, I am doing criminal defense work, including some private cases, some appeals, and a JLWOP case for ADC.
