Trained by Richard Demarest in organizing mass discovery as a litigation specialist. My main focus is to organize the discovery so that it is user-friendly for attorneys and the legal team. The largest case that I have organized with CJA was 27T. I have a team of case assistants who are also contractors with ADC. You have an option to bring them with me on assigned cases. I have trained them to view and summarize all non-pdf media on a spreadsheet, including hyperlinks to all media files. I have been approved to attend hearings and trials to assist attorneys with technology for demonstratives in the courtrooms. Because I am considered an Expert for mass discovery in the Federal Courts, I have also been asked to speak to judges at hearings to explain my findings of missing or destroyed evidence. One of my specialties is being able to pinpoint missing discovery.
