Bio:

I am a licensed attorney in New Mexico with strong skills in legal research, writing, and drafting substantive motions in criminal and constitutional cases. While I am not yet licensed in Colorado, I can use my legal experience to help attorneys prepare persuasive motions that protect clients rights and challenge the prosecution. My past work includes work as an Attorney at NM Public Defenders and externships with the New Mexico Supreme Court and the Denver Public Defender Appellate Division, where I researched complex legal issues involving statutory interpretation and substantive constitutional issues . As a student attorney in the University of Denver Criminal Defense Clinic, I drafted motions to suppress evidence and exclude expert testimony, gaining hands-on experience in substantive motion practice. I am confident that my skills in analyzing legal questions and writing effective motions can support attorneys in Colorado as they advocate for their clients.
