Rachel Funez

Rachel graduated from the University of Michigan Law School Magnus Cum Laude. After law school, she clerked for the Alaska Court of Appeals and worked for the civil division of the Alaska Public Defender. Then she returned to Colorado and worked as an Appellate Public Defender for six years. After moving to the Western Slope, Rachel worked as a legal research attorney for the District Court Judges in the 9th Judicial District for over five years before starting her own law practice. Rachel specializes in criminal appeals, legal research, and writing.
