Bio:I worked for the Pueblo Police Department for 34+ years, with 20 of those years at the Command level. During that time, I directed the Internal Affairs Division for five years, was selected to form the first PPD SWAT team, formed the original CrimeStoppers Unit, was a SWAT, law enforcement, and civilian firearms instructor, and attended the FBI National Academy. I have been an ADC investigator and member of PPIAC since 1917. I have testified as an expert witness in bullet wound trajectory analysis (Las Vegas, NV, homicide) and investigative procedures (Pueblo, CO, homicide). In short, I know how police work is supposed to be done and can readily see if things were not done correctly or if information is missing from an investigation.
