Bio:

Uriah Robertson, MSW, pursued a career in public health for five years before obtaining his Master of Social Work from The University of Texas at Arlington in 2022. He dedicated two years to interning at Ascension Providence DePaul Center in Waco, Texas. While in Texas, he collaborated with local leaders to provide essential resources and support for his clients and community. Alongside his intern experience, Uriah has been able to gain much work experience particularly in youth programs, HIV outreach, and mental health services. Following graduation, he ventured to Colorado to broaden his experience, where he served at the Colorado Mental Health Hospital in Pueblo, specializing in adolescent care. It was during this time that Uriah discovered his passion for community-focused care beyond the hospital setting. With a diverse background in working with juvenile and adult populations facing substance use and mental health challenges, Uriah adopts a client-centered approach to every case, prioritizing empathy and individualized care. Based in Pueblo, he remains eager to explore opportunities to extend his impact across different jurisdictions within Colorado.
