Postconviction Unit Staff Attorney
The PCU Staff Attorneys will represent indigent clients across Colorado in postconviction matters where the Office of the State Public Defender (OSPD) has declared a conflict of interest. The Staff Attorneys will lead interdisciplinary teams that employ client-centered best practices. We seek dedicated advocates committed to holistic public defense who approach the legal system through the lens of diversity, equity, and inclusion. We are conducting a nationwide search for this position.
