What: Leonard Pollard, the founder and principal operator of Cyber-Pollard, will outline the C.R.P.C cybersecurity requirements. He will discuss the significant role that human error plays in data breaches and the tools that malicious third parties use to induce mistakes. Finally, he will talk about techniques that lawyers can use to make their firms’ cybersecurity practices more tolerant of human error.

Having worked in the tech industry before earning his J.D. from the University of Colorado Law School, Leonard realized that most small and midsize firms lack reliable data security policies, leaving them prime targets for data theft. In response, he founded Cyber-Pollard to help law firms defend their most sensitive data from hackers and ensure compliance with the C.R.P.C’s ever-evolving cybersecurity requirements.
