CLEs: Anticipating 35-40 CLEs for this program! This is a full week of training, so please schedule accordingly.

Lodging: For out-of-town participants who may need lodging for the week, we recommend The Element Denver Downtown (East) Hotel. The hotel is relatively new, located about 6 blocks from our training location, and has had reasonable prices in the past.

What Else: Trial Advocacy 2025 in an in-person program with no virtual option.

During this amazing week, over 25 nationally recognized trial advocacy trainers donate their time and expertise to help energize, motivate, and teach participants to transform their trial skills. The training involves plenary sessions and small group break-out sessions (typically 6-7 per group) where participants work on a sample case from beginning to end. Topics include theme and theory, jury selection, opening statements, cross-examination, direct examination, jury instructions, and closing arguments. After faculty instruction and demonstration on a topic, participants work in small groups to develop and elevate their skills in a supportive and safe environment. This training is relevant for all skill levels - whether you are a beginning defender or an experienced trial attorney, you will benefit greatly from this remarkable week of training.
