OADC Commission Opening

The OADC is overseen by a nine-member Commission that meets about three times a year, with one meeting typically held outside the Denver metro area. By statute, this Commission is bipartisan, has both lawyer and nonlawyer members, and must have at least one member from each of Colorado’s eight congressional districts. The Chief Justice of the Colorado Supreme Court appoints members to the Commission, and each term is four years. There will be one opening on the Commission in August 2024 that needs to be filled by a layperson who lives in the new 8th Congressional District. To apply, please visit the Colorado Courts Commission and Board Application, which can either be returned to the contact information on the application or emailed to Lindy Frolich at This email address is being protected from spambots.
